About Tony Little

In 1983 Tony Little was already a successful junior body building champion, with big ambitions. However, one day at the time when he was training for the biggest event of his life, The Mr America Body Building Championship, he had a near fatal car crash. Although severely injured he recovered enough in six months to still compete, and incredibly came fifth!

Some months after the competition he was still hooked on painkillers and he slowly slipped into depression and became a shadow of his former self. He hit rock bottom and became overweight and demotivated.

Then in 1985 he had had enough of self pity and downward spiral and knew that the only way to get back to his former self, was to take control of his own life. He had spent many hours watching Americas celebrity fitness, workout and diet regimes, that were being promoted, and as a Certified Personal Trainer and Physical fitness specialist, he was not impressed. He knew that getting into shape was about much more than aerobic exercise, but also building physical strength and a positive mental attitude. He decided to develop a non impact resistance exercise technique that would recondition the body in a short period of time, without stressing the joints. He also knew that lack of motivation was a key factor in many reasons for poor physical fitness and emotional problems. His techniques became a phenominal success and through them the Gazelle Cross Trainer was born.

The rest as they say is history!
